I'm a PSM I Certified Scrum Master & Agile Coach currently at CARIAD (Volkswagen Group) in Berlin, driving Agile transformation across cross-functional teams in a SAFe environment. I work at both team and ART level - from daily ceremonies to PI Planning and LACE contributions.

My background is rare: I combine hands-on full-stack development experience (React, Node.js, Python, Docker) with deep Agile leadership - which means I coach with technical credibility, not just process theory.
